Workshops
DD Studio workshops give attendees the opportunity to utilize our vast array of tools and materials in order to create custom mosaics. Each workshop is hosted by Debbie Dickinson whose years of experience help to guide new and returning guests through the mosaic making process.
YardArt mosaic: In this 5hr workshop we will use shaping tools to make mosaic flowers to add a whimsical spot of color to your yard.
*Note, All class costs include a project perfectly sized for the mosaic experience, taxes and all processing fees.
Nip-N-Sip workshops are great for attending alone or with friends. Bring in your choice of beverage to sip on while you work. Happening most Wednesday’s from 6-9pm. Click the link below to book a date that works for you.
Private Parties are available upon request. Please contact us to discuss hosting a party in our studio.
Teacup mosaic: In this 2 day workshop (Day #1, 10-3. Day #2, 10-12) we will learn how to cut cups and bowls and creat mosaics with 3D vessels.

What to expect
Attendees are welcome to bring outside food and drink (alcohol is fine for guests 21+) to enjoy while at the workshop. Mosaic making can be messy so we suggest wearing clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty.
The first 30 minutes of the workshop will cover a studio tour and the basics of mosaic making. Once you understand the lay of the land it’s time to pick your project (does not apply to Project Based workshops).
The $35 Nip-N-Sip workshop fee includes 3 hours of studio time, instruction, and all of the tools and materials needed to complete one small project (4”x4” square).
For more ambitious creators there are a range of laser cut shapes and sizes to choose from. Additional materials and studio time fees will apply for all larger projects. Details will be explained at the workshop.
