Northwest Surrounds

This project began with an idea for a new fireplace surround as part of a renovation. Through meetings between the homeowner and designer, the concept grew organically, with a general feel for colors and a natural and casual, but elegant theme. This amazing fireplace is the result! A similar variegated mosaic design ended up being used for the kitchen backsplash as well, just across the room.
