“Possibilities in Tile”

In 2007 with this simple tagline, Debbie began creating art with tile. Already skilled in tile installation, this was a natural and exciting progression.

It wasn’t long before she created “Madrona Fireplace”, still one of her most popular pieces. Then came original handcrafted backsplashes, panels, shower walls and more fireplace surrounds. “Trees and Raven” became Debbie’s first Public Art installation in 2012. And in 2017 came the big move into Debbie Dickinson Studios downtown in Bellingham, which brought more space and of course, bigger creations!

Now Debbie is happily engaged in exciting projects home and abroad, always searching, always creating, possibilities in tile…
